The service and advice I have received has been excellent from start to finish. Mat was always available to answer my questions even at weekends. I was a bit worried about selling my mothers property but it has been very simple and easy. I would definitely recommend Gatekeeper. I could not be more happy with the service I've received.

I have just sold my apartment with Gatekeeper. Despite it being a well documented tough market the experience has been good. I got good advice at the valuation and through the initial marketing. I had a number of viewings and got an offer I was happy to accept. The team have done a great Job. Would recommend very highly!

Most of the time it's hard to provide feedback that moves from good to great, unless a problem arises that needs fixing however, in my experience, so far with Gatekeeper I can very much do so. The service has been excellent, the customer service is fantastic, friendly, considerate and genuine. Every contact has been great from start to finish. I had a problem with the boiler on move in day and the solution was quickly put in place. Despite the fix only being available on Monday, that's the Engineer (third party) not yourselves! But honestly, great work so far. Constructive feedback. The gas meter location just needs to be put in the hints or pointers on the picture section sent (so I know where it is for topping up, also the bin location too). Other than those little things, it's been great and I will recommend yourselves to anyone I know both personally and commercially. Thank you kindly and I look forward to our relationship going forwards. Best regards,

When my tenants informed me they were moving on the Gatekeeper Team acted swiftly to find me a new tenant. The communication was clear and concise, no waffle or messing about which I liked. My online account makes it easy for me to see what is happening with all aspects of the let. Really simple. I hope my tenants stay a long-tome as always but the most hassle-free tenant swap i've ever had.

GoogleEasily the worst out there. Outrageous 'admin' fees, and they even charge a 'check out' fee on top of any subtractions from your deposit just for leaving them. The deposit deductions they make are often ludicrous too (they tried charging me £50 for some dust on a lampshade). Avoid at all costs.

GoogleBEWARE ALL TENANTS These people charge the highest "administration" fees I have ever seen in my life as a renter so far, £300+ to open a tenancy, £100 at every renewal and £150 to leave, those are some damn expensive envelopes. And for all that cash they are USELESS when you need help, they knew nothing about the property, not how the heating works or the alarm, or which electric meter is mine. And yes they will tear into your deposit for Limescale and Dust. Yes tenancy is slavery these days, but these Crooks took it to a new level, Scum.

GoogleGatekeeper have been fantastic for me and my family. Very easy to book a viewing online and they helped us select a few properties to view when we recieved a call back. At the viewing we felt like we had plenty of time and had all our questions answered for us. The application lroccess was extremely quick compared to other properties in the past. We had finished our application and secured the property and our credit checks in the same day. The property care team have been fantastic too. Always available and workmen have come out if we have had a problem. I sill definately be looking with Gatekeeper when we choose to move again. Thanks to all of you!

GoogleI am currently looking for a property to rent in Swindon and have dealt with many agents, I can honestly and safely say the customer service I received from Gatekeeper was second to none, informative throughout, friendly, nothing was too much trouble and very professional, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

GoogleNever have a seen a more unprofessional company. Took us months to get our deposit back. Never forwarded any of our maintenance requests to the landlord. Even failed to uphold parts of the tenancy agreement (such as making sure smoke alarms worked). Worst of all: they try to get you to discuss everything over the phone so there is no record of it. If you must use them: ALWAYS GET EVIDENCE IN EMAIL. If need evidence of how awful they are, just check the blatantly fabricated reviews on their website.

Google"Phil is the ideal person to promote a property for rent or for sale. I had tenants moving in within a week of Phil taking it on. And all hassle free. He is totally non- pushy which I like too. His articulate positive marketing did the job. Because of Phil I would recommend Gatekeeper to anyone wanting to let a property..or indeed sell. Many thanks Phil for a job superbly well done"
