GoogleVery unhelpful for us as tenants, after house falling through they also took £1000 from us! So leaving us homeless and a £1000 down and nothing to show for it! It seems they had no intention in giving us the property and were very unhelpful in finding ways to helps us get it! Seems they were only after the money and ripped us off big time!

We are very sorry to see this Natalie; of course we had every intention of letting the property to you and the property was taken off of the market to allow your application to progress. We would never explain the reason why your application had to be fallen through over the internet, however in different circumstances we would have gladly accepted you as a tenant.
Your partner has spoken with one of our Directors in detail and we did offer several routes to enable you to take the property. It is just a shame that the information provided to both you and us was inaccurate and stopped you from being able to take your preferred route and proceed with the application.
We do have to make application fees non-refundable as they cover work carried out by the team and fees charged to us by third party companies. We hope that you would agree that this is made clear throughout the application process.
On a personal note, we never enjoy having to be the bearers of bad news, and in the vast majority of cases things go very smoothly - we are definitely not out to rip anyone off, just to provide a fair service to all, while acting in the best interests of our clients.

Both things that are extremely relevant in my property search, as it makes it easy to rule out properties that would be unsuitable early on.

He has given me good, straight and sound advice on both the sales and letting services. His modern and forward thinking approach has also been exceptionally competitive and I would highly recommend using Gatekeeper.
