Superb professional and friendly estate Agent.

We have used Gatekeeper twice now and on both occasions we have been very pleased. On this occasion we have been looked after very well by all of the relevant teams involved in this lovely independent estate agent. Very professional, found us a lovely tenant helping us with everything we needed to do and forms to fill in, extremely helpful and very professional with everything! Both Kenya and Lucy were fantastic!! Helping us through every step! And Lucy will continue looking after us for the foreseeable future. Excellent service from Dan at Gatekeeper

I instructed Gatekeeper to sell my property in Swindon back in January, and Dan has been fantastic throughout the whole process. He kept me updated regularly even while the property was being prepared for sale, and once it went live on the market it sold quickly, I received an offer of £260k, above the £250k asking price, which I've now accepted. Dan was always responsive, professional, and clearly knew the local market well. He made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward, and I'd have no hesitation recommending him and Gatekeeper to anyone looking to sell in the area. Thank you, Dan!

Our first contact with Gatekeeper Estate agents, was with Phil Kendall their: Senior Partner. What a reassuring breath of Fresh Air! Having had three other large commercial estate agents visiting us to provide valuations; it was very easy to choose Gatekeeper. Phil communicated with us in clear plain language, he took great care to understand our particular circumstances; and displayed real in depth knowledge and experience within the housing market. He suggested an initial sensible short term contract, and offered a very competative sales commision rate: Dan Thorne carried out the majority of our viewings. Witnessing his very skillful empathetic style with potential buyers was impressive. He must have given all potential buyers the comfortable feeling that nothing was too much trouble for them.
