On the 15/06/2024 booked to view a property at 8 Corral ClNine Elms, Swindon SN5 5UX I spoken to Sam the previous day and confirmed the appointment was successful. I went to the property on the day expecting someone to show up waited 10 mins nobody didn't bother showing up. I had no phone call or text message. I even rang there office nobody picked up and got cut off. They were tenants/owners inside the property and they confirmed that the estate agents didn't bother turning up as we were leaving they left to. Why confirm a booking Gatekeeper if you had no intention is showing up THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME.I would avoid in using this estate agents I am surprised that are still trading by looking the reviews. SHAME ON YOU GATEKEEPER SHAME ON YOU.PLEASE DO NOT USE AVOID!!!!!!!! May I add the Gate Keeper is trying the take this review down. Its been 5 days no communication from gatekeeper and no apologies. I have also advertise on other social networks to avoid this estate agents. I have viewed a lot of properties to say the least and can I honestly say that Kenya was one of the nicest, welcoming agents I have ever met! Very polite and pleasant, advised when needed and generally a all round lovely professional lady. Kenya showed up most respect towards the current occupiers along side ensuring we was comfortable on the viewing the property! I had a viewing today which was not the best - whilst the rep from the estate agent was friendly enough, I was never told that a) the tenants would be in the property, or b) as a result of tenants being in the property that it would not be possible to access all areas comfortably or easily (ie there was a lady praying between the entrance and kitchen, so I couldn’t enter to see the kitchen).

All in all gatekeeper were great through out the entire process. Phil initially came out himself out of hours to do the first inspection of the house and was able to answer all of my questions. He was very knowledgable and friendly so decided to start the process. During the whole time, I was given frequent updates from Phil on how it was going and within 4 weeks, potential tenants were found. This was during December so even in the Christmas period, many bookings were had. Thank you to the gatekeeper team for supporting me
