The process from initial consultation to advertising, media, arranging viewings and the managing of contracts has been nothing but first class. Since my let began, interaction with my property manager has been an excellent experience. His in depth knowledge has afforded a quick, easy solution to most problems and ensured a stress free time for the tenant and I. I would highly recommend Gatekeeper to any one thinking of renting or letting a property. Fantastic service again by Phil and the gatekeeper team to re-let my property. Good communication throughout and regular updates gave me peace of mind with their handling of the entire process

GoogleHaving been a customer of Gatekeeper for many years I am happy to give a review of my experiences. The sales team are very proactive and always work hard to find me the best quality tenants. The marketing is strong and I always get good updates on not only the market but what other properties in the Area are renting for etc. The Property Care Team and Property managers are excellent. They always make sure the property is looked after and always are quick to answer any questions I have or respond to enquiries I may raise. It gives me confidence to know that I am in good hands. Keep up the good work!

GoogleAs a Landlord with more than one property it is important for me to get concise and clear communication about what is going on at my properties. I find all the Gatekeeper colleagues very informed and always available when I need them. Being able to look at my account online helps my accounting which is nice. When I decided to sell one of my properties to raise some funds so my O could help my daughter could buy her first home the sales team where equally as efficient and achieved the sales price needed fairly swiftly. All good service.

GoogleMe and my family were looking to buy a larger home as the current house we lived in was just being outgrown. We engaged Gatekeeper as they looked to be very strong in our market and the advice we received was excellent. Informed (honest), and simple to understand. The advertising was quick to get started and they conducted all the viewings which made our life easy. We got an offer which we decided to accept and have now put an offer in on our new hoke which has been accepted. It was all quite simple and hassle free which is a relief. Many Thanks.

GoogleAs a former landlord I can highly recommend Gatekeeper, for many reasons. Importantly rental is their primary focus, not an add on to sales. Their quotes of rental com whilst not as high as other companies were actually better value when you take into account the whole package over a long-term rent. As a landlord I paid for full management, which unlike other providers is cheaper than part management, this is their quality control on repairs. The assumption being consistency in jobs as they use the same quality providers. I had a few jobs needed (front door wouldn't lock, toilet constantly flushing, oven stopped working) and each time they used the same system. If it's below a set amount you have a presigned waiver to go ahead without need for consultation (£100). Above that the team give you costed options, send out an engineer, replace the appliance there and then, combination if the two, and then 3 costed option for alternate appliances if appropriate. The level and speed if communication worked for, and I'm a stickler for good comms! I'm happy to report bpnone of the repairs needed to be revisited. If I were to be a landlord again I would definitely talk to Gatekeeper first, and have for all the reasons above been recommending them to potential renters also. Good luck.

The fact you are kept upto date with all the progress of the move is a real gem as you know where you are with stuff.

As a Landlord of many years I have to say I have seen most things that agents claim to offer. Gatekeeper has stood firm against it commitments to me and also my tenants. My property gets looked after, I get regular updates without being 'hounded' by less relevant information. Things tick over very well. Cant ask for more as a Landlord Really
