We have used Gatekeeper to manage our Property for almost 4-Years now as moved away. There have been some problems that required 'frequent chasing' or sorting-out! which is the reason for giving only 4-stars. Unfortunately, all could have been avoided! a little frustrating at times. Maybe someone took their eye off the ball? But finally sorted, & have been impressed by how helpful Asheley Watts has been managing this for us. Sorted effeciently / Professional manner / always returned a call promptly thank you.

Would give zero stars if possible. Very poor service from Alex and the team, They were great at first when you start renting with them then they don't care. I have had to send various emails to Alex/Gatekeeper just to try and get a response. They let a flat out to us in very poor condition and trying to deduct from our deposit for various things that was already there when we had first moved in. Would definitely Not be renting from Gatekeeper again, Not professional and all we have had from them is hassle. They do one good thing right and constantly pester you for a good review.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Gatekeeper are very professional letting and estate agents. We rented our property via them and then sold it. Their sales process was superb and very slick especially through their recommended conveyancing team. Such a smooth sale, great service. Highly recommend the whole team.
