GoogleHaving lived/rented generally globally in over 80 different properties in the last 80 years or so, I confirm my already recorded Conclusion elsewhere on this Company's website that my experience with them over 23/24 July 2022 based on the Witney office - Director Phil Kendall. The business is operated exceptionally wel, as atrue breath of fresh air in a business field often attracting very public adverse comments. It deserves fully the voluminous and growing acclaim from private individuals now reaching vast size elsewhere on the website. Keep up the Great Works, Messrs Gatekeepers - and please be terribly NOT to be come self-satisfied, thereby at immediate risk of losing your hard gained reoutation almost overnight. ! We were also kept fully informed of progress during the process and are completely happy with the results. Since then we cannot speak highly enough regarding the service we have had from Alex and the rest of the team. They have always been friendly and have dealt with any problems quickly and very efficiently.

GoogleWe have used Gatekeeper to manage our Property for almost 4-Years now as moved away. There have been some problems that required 'frequent chasing' or sorting-out! which is the reason for giving only 4-stars. Unfortunately, all could have been avoided! a little frustrating at times. Maybe someone took their eye off the ball? But finally sorted, & have been impressed by how helpful Asheley Watts has been managing this for us. Sorted effeciently / Professional manner / always returned a call promptly thank you.

Very efficient, kept us updated with text and email confirmations for viewings, and Hazel was wonderful when showing us around. Very friendly team, very nice people, and smooth and efficient to deal with. One of the best experiences we have had in our house-buying journey.
