GoogleBullies ..awful experience as prospective tenant. waiting for my £700 to be refunded. Refused to clean flat walls despite serious mould issue and me declaring this work requirement before putting deposit down. Asked for landlords address as per legal right, and have been lied to regarding the law. Had my flat offer pulled. Now not refunding my money. Now I have no home to move in to as I handed my notice in to current home and booked a removals van, then they cancelled the whole thing. It's a circus. Avoid.

GoogleSo far, Gatekeeper have done a great job of handling my tenancy. I’ve been working with Charlie for my property and he’s always been knowledgeable, upfront, and happy to help. There was a small blip at the start of my application process with their automated system but thankfully because of their friendly and reassuring staff I didn’t feel concerned. When going to inspect my rental I had issues with my commute to the viewing. The friendly staff member made sure to keep in contact and did her best to accommodate my needs. Gatekeeper has always been upfront and supportive, and I’m hoping that they continue to be this way going forward. I certainly feel lucky as I’ve heard some horror stories from other letting agents. I highly recommend Gatekeeper as a letting agent for anyone interested.
