GoogleVery positive renting experience. In my experience, the team is professional; communicates clearly, responding in a timely manner; and is genuinly considerate to renters' needs. When an appliance had broken, and the the property care team has been informed, a replacement was actioned immediately and delivered and installed in only days. An accidental rent overpayment was returned hastily without fuss. Nothing is completely perfect, but certainly 5 stars for perhaps the best estate agents in the Witney area. Although I have never actually seen anyone from Gatekeeper the communication was always easy and transparent! Alice in particular was amazing and understanding . She explained every step of the way and had tons of patience. Whenever there was issue in property, maintenance was arranged straight away. I would totally recommend Gatekeeper as your agency as they will make sure to help and make it as smooth as possible for you.
