GoogleJust had a house viewing with Adam, and what a fantastic man he is. His genuine nature, attention to detail and the knowledge of the property and surrounding area was nothing short of sensational. Having viewed many properties before, this can sometimes be an awkward experience depending on who shows you the house. Adam quickly put us at ease and allowed the natural flow of the viewing to happen.

GoogleThe team at Frosts Marshalswick were great. Our sale was a probate sale, so maybe a little bit easier than the norm, but they dealt with the sale swiftly and with compassion for our situation. The house was sold and an offer agreed as soon as it hit the market and we had completed within 4 months of the process starting! Couldnt have gone better. Thank you!

GoogleI have used Frosts to buy and sell a couple of houses, they have always been professional and great to work with. This house sale has been a bit complex for us as a family as we are re-locating to a different part of the country. The whole team at Frosts have lived and breathed this move with me, and have stopped at nothing to ensure the sale progressed smoothly. Particular thanks must go to Trudie, who I think must be the hardest working Sales Progressor in St Albans. I am sure the service and support I received from Frosts saved me from a from dissolving into stressed-out wreck!

GoogleWe bought our house through Frosts Harpenden. Shout out for Trudie - the sales progressor. Altho we had a unnecessarily long drawn out lead up to exchange (which was no fault of Trudie's), Trudie was the only consistent - keeping us up to date and chasing solicitors down. She was also sympathetic to the stresses moving house brings which was very kind and a breath of fresh air. Altho not always the bearer of good news she was always honest and that was greatly appreciated.

GoogleFrosts have been excellent throughout the sale of our property. James who dealt with our sale was very approachable and sympathetic to our reservations about the sale, having tried to sell with two agents previously we were skeptical of how quickly we would see success. He provided excellent advice and as a result had two offers within the first month. Once we had accepted the offer we were handed over to Trudie who was responsible for ensuring the sale went through without hitch. Trudie was attentive and rigorous and provided the driving force needed to push the buyers solicitor to respond. Overall I have been exceptionally pleased with the service that Frosts have provided.
