Working with Pamela was fantastic. From start to finish, she was extremely responsive and incredibly proactive in sending listing and arranging viewings. She was always quick to answer my questions and really helpful through each step of process. Definitely one one of the best renting experiences I’ve had!

Great tool for shortened links through API. The Support Team is very helpful and quick responding in general. It would be helpful to put an automated email response when the team is off, so that the customer knows when to expect an answer.

Pamela and Gemma were fantastic in helping with my recent move. They worked tirelessly as a team to ensure everything went smoothly. Both were always available to answer any questions we had, and Pamela, in particular, was incredibly organized, consistently providing prompt responses to all my many queries. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a letting agency. I can’t recommend them enough they are both fantastic

Pamela and Rabia are being VERY irresponsible and irresponsive. They ignored us once the contract was signed and never addressed our needs. Many things are not fixed before we moved in and I am very disappointed with their service. They are apparently on the landlord side but not the tenants’.

I recently signed a tenancy agreement to move into a flat in Canada Water. The process was super easy thanks to Fraser and Co, specifically Pamela and Gemma who were fantastic showing me the flat and helping with the necessary contracts. I would recommend Fraser and Co to anyone wanting to rent a property in London.
