GooglePamela and Gemma (2 of the agents at Fraser and Co) were an unbelievable help organising and sorting out a lovely 2 bed flat and answering any questions. Due to them the whole process was super easy and efficient, which at the time was needed due to a near move-in date!

GooglePamela did a great job with securing our tenancy! She was always quick to reply and was able to get us a tour and an offer agreement within 24 hours. She also has kept in constant contact to make sure the move in will go smoothly. Would highly recommend her and Fraser to anyone else!

GoogleWe had the unfortunate situation of having to terminate a tenancy before it even started, after the buyer of a property we were selling through another agent pulled out at the very last moment. This made an already stressful process even more difficult. Throughout the whole situation, Nazim was by far the most accommodating, understanding, and patient person we dealt with. He handled everything with professionalism and, most importantly, with genuine understanding of our circumstances. His approach made a very stressful situation considerably easier to manage, and we are extremely grateful for his help. This is also not the first time we have worked with Nazim. He was managing the property we are currently selling around six years ago. We would have no hesitation in recommending Nazim and, if the opportunity arises in the future, we are confident that we will seek to work with him again.

GoogleNazim Uddin has been our estate agent since 2007. There is no one I've ever come across who has as much integrity, humility and absolute professionalism as Nazim. GoogleI lived in my flat for 8 months now and have so far experienced so many issues that their check-in report failed to identify. First day I moved in, the bathtub was clogged, there were underwear stuffed in the drawers, toilet seat cover was cracked. The heater was also broken so had to freeze through December, and they also pointed me to the wrong the electricity meter so I’ve been paying for my neighbour’s electricity. Their property manager is incompetent at best, ignoring emails/calls and just sit there watch you suffer / sort out problems by yourself. Avoid at all cost.

GoogleTerrible agency. Avoid at all cost! After 2 years of tenancy this "organization" claimed we had not been paying some (secret) communal boiler fee that no one had told us about and tried to get about £1000 from our deposit on top of smaller sums for a) a missing (ghost) tumbler, b) dust (!) on top of the doorphone, c) a single footprint on the kitchen floor that if ever existed they put there when they came in to check the flat as it wasn't there the last time we left, and d) bugs OUTSIDE the balcony door... We took them to dispute (obviously, always do that), got some money back, moved elsewhere and got on with our lives. Now listen to this... MONTHS LATER these scammers emailed me (not my ex-flatmate) claiming we also owed them extra rent money for a parking space that came with the flat that we had never seen, used or even heard of in the 2 years we were there!!! I threatened to sue them if they contacted me again as we had already been to dispute etc and... innocent as their claim was they never came back to me again. SCAM, stay away if you value your money.
