GooglePamela and Gemma (2 of the agents at Fraser and Co) were an unbelievable help organising and sorting out a lovely 2 bed flat and answering any questions. Due to them the whole process was super easy and efficient, which at the time was needed due to a near move-in date!

GooglePamela did a great job with securing our tenancy! She was always quick to reply and was able to get us a tour and an offer agreement within 24 hours. She also has kept in constant contact to make sure the move in will go smoothly. Would highly recommend her and Fraser to anyone else!

GoogleWe had the unfortunate situation of having to terminate a tenancy before it even started, after the buyer of a property we were selling through another agent pulled out at the very last moment. This made an already stressful process even more difficult. Throughout the whole situation, Nazim was by far the most accommodating, understanding, and patient person we dealt with. He handled everything with professionalism and, most importantly, with genuine understanding of our circumstances. His approach made a very stressful situation considerably easier to manage, and we are extremely grateful for his help. This is also not the first time we have worked with Nazim. He was managing the property we are currently selling around six years ago. We would have no hesitation in recommending Nazim and, if the opportunity arises in the future, we are confident that we will seek to work with him again.

GoogleI lived in my flat for 8 months now and have so far experienced so many issues that their check-in report failed to identify. First day I moved in, the bathtub was clogged, there were underwear stuffed in the drawers, toilet seat cover was cracked. The heater was also broken so had to freeze through December, and they also pointed me to the wrong the electricity meter so I’ve been paying for my neighbour’s electricity. Their property manager is incompetent at best, ignoring emails/calls and just sit there watch you suffer / sort out problems by yourself. Avoid at all cost.

I received a text from the site and I've never used their services and have no idea how or why there are offering something?? No sure what they're offering, looks like a Scam . I immediately blocked and reported ir as a "spam text" Clearly is a legit site, is a lot of people writing good reviews about the site. But i think the site is being used for nefarious purposes by scammers.

Throughout the process from viewing the unit till getting the keys, Pamela was very helpful and patient with us.
