I have been pleasantly impressed with Adil, and the team specifically Mark and Dylan on my dealings with them with the sale and tenancy agreements for several properties I have. I have been with the same estate agents for 20+ years but am so glad I trusted Adil to move to Franklyn James as they have been great. I have received a personal service from Adil who has spoken to me on several occasions giving me advice when needed with backed up sound reasoning. The service has been exceptional, very prompt, and informative. I have in a very short period sold 2 properties and had increased rental agreements on other properties. I would highly recommend them.

The past 3 weeks dealing with Franklyn James realtors has been so stressful and overall just hideous. Although we had paid the deposit for the apartment we were going to rent they did not inform the landlord or whatever happened and we literally found our apartment for rent with another agent and they were also a couple of offering on it, meanwhile my partner and I have been packing to move in 3 days and that is one of the many things that went wrong the past 3 weeks. Literally the landlord contacted us directly in order to solve all the mess. Renters, Landlords BEWARE

Poor communication from an agent called Mark

We had a bad experience with an agent called Mark Kimber in terms of communication.After viewing a house in E14, we submitted an offer and didn't receive any communication back from him until I called to check. The offer got rejected which is fine.But I messaged Mark again afterwards with a new offer and the same thing happened. He didn't respond to the offer or even answered my call.It's ok to reject an offer, but what is not ok is to ignore customer multiple times and not respond to their communication.Updated to 2 stars after receiving a call from Hannah too appreciate her attempt to improve the company image.

Absolutely horrid experience. Had 5 new property managers in the space of a year. The agency has not taken responsibility despite raising concerning issues repeatedly over 10 months. The letting agent also shared ‘embellished’ truths about the property like: concierge included. Which were found to be untrue once we moved in. Would never work with them again.
