GoogleI have always received an excellent service from Frank Harris who are managing agents for my flat. The relationship is managed by Nicole who is a delight to deal with, sensible and responsive and I feel my flat is in safe hands under her care. The team is always fully on top of all relevant deadlines, gives a responsive service and when I have sought advice about the market and my options have always given me good advice. They've also found me good tenants, and in part I attribute this to the personalised service I get from them.

I've been a tenant at a Frank Harris property for over a decade(!), so I've certainly had my fair share of experience and it must be said that not all property managers are created equal! I've recently been fortunate to be in touch with Madeleine Ashby who has been fantastic - she has been easily contactable, incredibly friendly and understanding and sorted and actioned issues within a matter of hours! She is an excellent property manager who is a credit to Frank Harris and I feel very reassured that she is my point of contact. A special mention as well to Renesa Zeka who always is a very bright light when she visits us for our property inspections.

They asked u to pay “ holding deposit “ first to hold flat . They have been showing flat to other clients with ur offer as plan b for several weeks hostage ur payment ghosting me, other agents , once “ holding deposit “ paid . They stop viewing . Do not ever pay or give ur card info to this agent never ever first . Ur payment will be hostage and they will keep accepting viewing to check is there better offer . Scammer

Our tenancy with Aga at the Hampstead Foxton’s office has been brilliant. Every issue or query we’ve had during our tenancy was resolved swiftly by her and the landlord, no issue was left unresolved and we’ve felt so looked after. Aga always took the time to discuss things over the phone which I greatly appreciated. We are soon moving out and Aga has already talked us through this process, making it as easy as possible for everyone. This has honestly been the best tenancy experience we have had so thank you Aga and the Foxton’s team!!!
