I'm a first time landlord. Look at the end of the day they charge a bit more than other agents, especially as you're locked in to some fees even if you renew with the tennant years down the line. But you get the professional service and help you need. Jamal Hussain went above and beyond, often answering my questions out of hours and making sure it all went smoothly.
Hugely impressed. Would recommend. As so often in life you get what you pay for.

Our tenancy with Aga at the Hampstead Foxton’s office has been brilliant. Every issue or query we’ve had during our tenancy was resolved swiftly by her and the landlord, no issue was left unresolved and we’ve felt so looked after. Aga always took the time to discuss things over the phone which I greatly appreciated. We are soon moving out and Aga has already talked us through this process, making it as easy as possible for everyone. This has honestly been the best tenancy experience we have had so thank you Aga and the Foxton’s team!!!
