Jamal and the team were fantastic I'm a first time landlord. Look at the end of the day they charge a bit more than other agents, especially as you're locked in to some fees even if you renew with the tennant years down the line. But you get the professional service and help you need. Jamal Hussain went above and beyond, often answering my questions out of hours and making sure it all went smoothly. Hugely impressed. Would recommend. As so often in life you get what you pay for.

Unfortunately this is a follow up to a very positive review i left before moving in. Since moving in with my partner, and after paying a £250 admin fee, 3 weeks after living here we still only have one set of working keys and they are the office set. We have had to go to the key cutters 4/5 times due to inflexibility with the Chiswick foxtons office helping us with this matter. After trying key cutters 5 times (where there is obviously a problem with the locks), we are now trying to have the locks fixed which I can’t expect will be done within our tenancy. In addition, their “for our short term let you only need to bring yourself and clothes”, is a stretch, as we are still without cutlery 3 weeks after living here. The process of getting the house was very smooth which I can now only imagine is because we pay all rent upfront so they were eager to help, but now they’ve received our money, there has been a lot less communication. They have yet to respond to our messages about the key issues. I hope these matters can be resolved quickly

From start to finish, she went above and beyond to find us the perfect place and made what can be such a stressful process feel completely smooth and easy. She’s so professional, warm, and easy-going she truly listened to what we needed, kept us updated every step of the way, and never gave up until we found exactly the right home. It wasn’t just a service she genuinely cared. If you’re looking for someone who works with heart as well as skill, Dior is the one. Thank you for everything.
