Our tenancy with Aga at the Hampstead Foxton’s office has been brilliant. Every issue or query we’ve had during our tenancy was resolved swiftly by her and the landlord, no issue was left unresolved and we’ve felt so looked after. Aga always took the time to discuss things over the phone which I greatly appreciated. We are soon moving out and Aga has already talked us through this process, making it as easy as possible for everyone. This has honestly been the best tenancy experience we have had so thank you Aga and the Foxton’s team!!!

All issues are resolved to my satisfaction and where the issues require further time and effort I am kept well informed. GoogleI would not recommend this letting agency based on my experience as a tenant. Throughout my tenancy, I found communication to be slow and, at times, obstructive. Maintenance issues were not addressed within a reasonable timeframe, with some taking several months to resolve. On multiple occasions during the winter period, I was left without heating or hot water, which caused significant inconvenience. As I am now leaving the property, I have also experienced attempts to apply charges that I believe are not in line with current regulations. Overall, I found the service to fall below expected professional standards, particularly in relation to responsiveness, maintenance, and tenant support
