We've worked with Nicole to find a new flat and she was absolutely brilliant. Nicole arranged for us to view the flat we liked really quickly, at a time that was convenient to us. While we viewed the apartment, she answered all of our questions and made really helpful suggestions. Once we made up our minds about the apartment she kept us updated throughout the approvals process and answered all of our additional questions (from what size mattress we should get, through to allowing us to visit the flat again so that we can decide on what furnishings we should buy). Not a good experience. The person I enquired about letting my flat through them was insisting that I lower the rental price to low levels and if I didn't he wasn't willing to market my flat. Well I definitely didn't lower my flat rental price as he suggested but a little bit lower through another agent and my flat was rented in a few days. Obviously, he didn't know the market as well as he thought he did and I am glad I didn't market my flat at the ridiculous price they insisted I did.
