We worked with Lucia, who made great efforts to ensure we were shown a property on very short notice that we liked, although it was both tenanted and on a weekend, and also was great in communicating additional information and guiding us through the process. Find me a perfect Letting Managing Agency

the management is terrible. The staff are aloof and have no consideration regarding landlords. When contractors had to carry out maintenence jobs I was not sent 2 estimates or quotations and I was overcharged. At the end of tenancy I could not claim damages and although the tenant agreed to pay for damages I was not refunded . The Check out Firm provided by Frank Harris but paid by me did not deliver the utilities readings which I had to do it myself and sent them to Frank Harris for the tenant to settle the account.
