A great experience renting with Nick who has been straightforward, thorough and helpful throughout the process. Almost immediate replies whenever we had questions and a breath of fresh air in comparison to other letting agents. It has been a pleasure being guided through the process with seemingly honest and open communication. He has gone out of his way to ensure we have a hassle free move in and is a credit for the letting agent and the landlords he represents. Nick provided me the greatest customer service ever! I’ve been trying to get through to other companies but no one responded, however, Nick took his time and talked me through the process of renting a place, suggested where to look and registered me on their system in case something comes up. I’ve never experienced such great customer service like this before - super polite, kind and friendly. I originally requested a viewing for a flat that had already been let, but Nicole was eager to help us and took us on a viewing of a flat that had not even hit the market yet because she thought it would be the perfect fit. It totally was, and she made an otherwise overwhelming letting process so easy and uncomplicated! Superb customer service, organization and support. Sneaky and Greedy

This company is operated mainly by telephone which means that they don't provide evidence in email form when they make false promises. Things take months to fix or go to the whole tennany without being fixed and then they'll try to charge you for them. They make promises to new tenants which they don't keep. Tried to charge us for repairs the new tenants are paid for. Terrible company greedy sneaky raise the rent by £1000 when we should've had the option to extend at the current rate.
