GoogleAlthough I ended going with another property, Kellan Sherratt was extremely attentive to what I was looking for, understood my needs, and made the most meaningful recommendations. Truly one of the better experiences I've had in this miserable search for a flat. GoogleFrank Harris were great. I had complicated sale due to works going on in the block where my flat was located. George, Eleanor, Lucy and everyone else at the firm worked really hard to find me a suitable buyer. George helped keep the sale on-track when it was in danger of falling apart due to some minor procedural issue. If I was selling a property in Central London again, I would go with Frank Harris.

GoogleEven though we ended up not renting from Frank Harris, I would recommend them given the excellent customer service I got from George, who actually listened to my requirements and made sure he showed me only what felt right for me. He quite literally ran from one property to another to show me around during my lunch break and followed up politely and conscientiously via phone and email, great service through and through.

GoogleWe have been searching for a flat through Frank Harris at 81 Marchmont Street, London. Whenever there is a new instruction, Lucy Murdoch will let us know immediately. Sometimes we did several viewings for one property, but we still didn't want it. Lucy is always extremely patient, friendly and helpful and has never pushed us to buy a property. Rather, she gave us her professional opinion about each flat, showing great knowledge regarding properties in Bloomsbury. Thank you so much, Lucy and your manager George as well.
