GoogleI would highly recommend Frank Harris and Adeel Zain in particular! This is my third time renting in London and it has been by far my best experience to date. Adeel was very communicative and transparent throughout the process, sourcing multiple properties for me to view and arranging viewings promptly! He helped us secure a property in a very desirable location within our modest budget, helping to strike compromises with the landlord to meet all of our requirements. He has continued to proactively support us through the referencing process, showing a level of care and professionalism I have not experienced amongst many London estate agents.

GoogleThe very best estate agent I've rented from in London - there are so, so many horror stories out there and the team here are absolutely the best in London. No questions asked. We rented a property through them for 2.5 years, and from the very beginning they made things easy (unlike some agents who'll ignore all of your requests & drive you all across town for properties that aren't at all what you want). Have to especially call out Nicole for being so quick to reply to any questions or issues we had, being incredibly respectful of bringing in prospective tenants while we were moving out, and genuinely being trustworthy & friendly.

GoogleAs one of the parents of a group of students all facing the trials of renting for the first time, I highly recommend Frank Harris & Co (Southbank & Waterloo) to steer you through the uncertainties and the paperwork! Particular thanks should go to Alfie Green and his colleague Mark. Their guidance was often questioned by the students but at all times their patience, understanding and help was 100%. They also sorted out a potential security screen problem very quickly too and ensured work had been completed successfully. Alfie and Mark have always been patient, very professional and their understanding attitude has helped us all enormously. Thank you.

I have now been using Ian Swale and his team at Frank Harris for many years as letting agents for my properties, and I have always found them to be positive, fair, and forging good relations with tenants. They also have a great team of contractors to get any repairs fixed promptly. Danielle looks after my portfolio on a day to day basis, and she is very able in handling re-letting and seeing to tenants' needs efficiently and fairly. she is a pleasure to work with.
