GoogleAbsolute nightmare. We moved in last week to a flat rented through Adeel, Nicole and Mark in the Waterloo branch. We found the flat infested with moths, not cleaned properly (the cleaners came in a second time upom request, but they still left the flat in an average state at best). If that was not enough, the flat was filled with the previous tenant's belongings, including but not limited to laundry, bedding and towels as well as greasy pots and pans. Finally, we requested in our offer the bathroom to be treated of all mould, only to discover the back of the toilet caked with black mould. And here we are stuck for three years. Don't repeat our mistakes: avoid them at all costs. A week in, we are still waiting for pest control. (The one star is only because they have a maintenance team that picks up the phone - but isn't that the bare minimum?)

He was not only helpful and knowledgeable, but friendly and personable as well. I am looking forward to working with Richard when I am in the position to buy a property, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

GoogleHad two separate viewings one with Adeel and one with Denny. Found both to be really helpful and knowledgeable about the properties that they were showing. I also really appreciated that whilst keen to show the best side of the place and find the right place, they didn't press or make me feel uncomfortable which is often the case with london estate agents. Would definitely take a place from either of them.

GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with this real estate agency. After one good viewing, where they seemed friendly and helpful, I ended up writing a positive review based on my initial impressions. However, after that, the agent completely ghosted me. Despite multiple emails, I never heard back from him and was left completely in the dark. This lack of communication was extremely unprofessional and left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I cannot recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable and responsive service.

Offers came in but we’ve decided not to sell. Joel Hughes was particularly helpful and engaging. He knows the area well and understands the motives for buying and selling. Richard Williams is also a highly competent guy. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them. Highly professional outfit.

This gave us comfort knowing everyone in the team on the same page. Glad we chose them and can’t really fault their work. Very professional, responsive, honest, likeable and proactive. Communication was great with regular updates when needed, and any questions quickly addressed which reflects high level of experience, knowledge and service.
