Googlesaw a property online via their webiste and have sent query twice via their online contact form requesting more information on the property and availability etc to discuss my options still no response, same thing happened two months ago lack of contact meant the next time i had looked at the property it was already let, even though im sure i immediately sent email contact for more info AS SOON AS PROPERTY WAS NEWLY LISTED ... Do you guys ever check your emails??

GoogleI’ve never rented a flat as I own one back home and after reading a lot of posts about difficulties one might face while arranging a tenancy in London, I’ve become discouraged and anxious. But the reality proved to be completely different as I’ve come across Folio London. For the first time I couldn’t believe that they don’t charge any fees and their policies are so transparent and easy to comprehend. But it’s all turned out to be true. We've chosen a flat in Halo Tower in Stratford and it's been easy and fast to arrange a viewing. The letting process's been well organised and quick too, you simply submit everything online without any headache. Folio's Tomas Mogilenko is a true professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend working with him to anyone who’d like the letting experience to be smooth and effortless.

GoogleGreat company in letting homes in London. They are very different to a typical estate agent. These guys are the actual managing agent for the builders and cut out all the usual fees and admin in between. So it’s easy and straightfoward. Highly reccomended!

GoogleI did rent from folio London for 4years. There is is no hidden fees,and after 4years there was no problem to get back my deposit. If there was any problems with flat,they always act fast and resolved them. Special thank you to Daniel Novitt,he is doing great job!
