GoogleAbsolute scammers! First they accuse you of providing false information to fail referencing checks, then steal your money in the name of non refundable holding deposits. How can everyone in a family fail referencing checks?they’re saying all of our family members have provided false documents which is completely a joke! They’re not intend to let a property, their only intention is to fail reference so that they can steal the holding deposits. Stay away from this money stealing scammers. I wish I checked the reviews before paying this stealers as they’ve been doing this to so many people and getting away with it. We have an ongoing dispute against this company. Beware!!

All applicants go through a third-party referencing agency to ensure a non-biased approach and we base our decision on the outcome of those reference checks. GoogleFolio London has been great to work with. I have rented with them for six months now. Francis provided excellent assistance in securing the flat. The process of signing the lease and completing reference checks was seamless and entirely online. Francis was brilliant, and I felt respected as a client. After moving in, Cindy, our property manager, gave my family and me great support. She is responsive, detail-oriented, and quick to take action. We don't worry about anything because Cindy is just a few email clicks away. She helps with our needs and provides clear guidelines to keep the property safe. Folio is a great company with a solid infrastructure and an awesome team! That's why their properties are always fully rented.

GoogleI was a tenant at City Park West for four years and Agata Sungaila has been the best Property Management Exec I have ever met! She has gone above and beyond to make sure I felt my home was safe and well-maintained, raising repairs without delay and keeping on top of any issues in communal areas. She has put my mind at ease with payments, repairs and my tenancy. GoogleJekabs was the best estate agent I have ever worked with. This wasn’t easy for him as we had multiple tenants drop out last minute but Jekabs provided us with the best service and advice and just wanted to help us out. I think he knew how much we wanted the house and wasn’t going to stop until we got it. He is a credit to Folio’s team and I would be more than happy to refer my friends and family to him in the future.

I was looking for a house and came across Jekabs working for Folio London. He is very professional and made the house search very easy for me by arranging a viewing as soon as we discussed about the property. He was also very flexible in waiting to draft the contract as I needed to get my spouse's visa approved to get her name into it. I am speaking to rest of the team of the Folio London and even they are very helpful where necessary.

FacebookWe have just signed the contract and will be moving to a Folio property at Fresh Wharf in December. However, I am feeling quite apprehensive after reading the reviews here. So far, I have encountered a couple of issues. Firstly, two days ago, Ms. Amy informed us that the asking price for the rent was GBP 2450. However, since Ms. Amy is currently on annual leave, Mr. Francis is now handling the property. He informed us that we now have to pay GBP 2495 for the same property. This unexpected increase has been concerning. Additionally, for the half month of December, I expected the rent to be calculated as half of the monthly rate. Instead, they are calculating it by the number of days, and from 15th December to 31st December, we are being charged GBP 1394.47. This seems excessive and has added to my concerns. I hope these issues do not persist once we move in.
