GoogleCharlie and Kornelia are friendly, and I was able to book a viewing on a weekend . The referencing checks are incredibly fast and guided by a chatbot. I got the tenancy contract in 2 working days after that. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe were supported through the viewing and sign up by Kornelia. She was very helpful, patient and responsive and followed up on a timely basis to nudge us or provide updates. I found the experience pretty seamless especially with the tech enablement and it took about 4-5 working days to complete the process. Hope the next set of processes will continue to be seamless till we move in. Thank you Kornelia

GoogleThe worst agency I have ever been to. Mark Hanley is the worst, a bad person. 1. Before we moved into this property they gave it to us dirty and broken in bad condition and they promised us that they would fix it but nothing. 2. The toilet broke because it was old, they had to change it and it took them 1 month to fix it and we had to use a bucket every time we used the bathroom. 3. We were 10 days without hot water and heating because the boiler broke and they had to change it completely. They did not answer the phone or emails. We had to report it to the council and in the end they started to pay little attention to us. We have solved this problem on our own.And it seems that it is not the first time, I have already seen another review here with the same thing. 4. A month ago we decided not to renew the rental contract because we are not happy with this agency. When we finally found a house, the agency asked Mark Hanley for a reference about us and what he did was give us a bad reference with fake information and defamation. Now we have to stay a few more months to find another house and I hope that next time you do not try to ruin it again. Be very careful with this agency, it is the worst. They never take calls or answer emails. Be very careful.

GoogleUpdate: Daniel, one of their operations managers helped resolve the issue within a few days of raising the complaint. However, their property managers need to buckle up. Extremely unprofessional! Tenancy ended on 14th September and the deposit hasn't been returned yet. Property Manager - Aimee hardly responds. However, Raidah one of their agents is responsive and reached out to Aimee upon request but still no response from the property manager herself. I ended up creating a release request with myDeposit but who knows how long until we get our deposit back.

GoogleKornelia was amazing. She took me and my Frenchie(Luna) around the development and was fab with Luna whilst I looked around the apartments. Nothing was too much on the viewings and explained the process extremely well. I put an application in the same day and was all completed within 24 hours and a move in date less than 2 weeks! We cannot wait to move in soon!
