He and Christian carefully explained everything I need to know, and considering I am still a student, they negotiated with the landlord to reduce the rental price and advance payment and also furnish the studio with new furniture. Their passion, patience and honesty expressed me greatly and I took the studio immediately. Due to the change of moving-in plan, they even arranged me a similar property with the same location and price. I cannot be more grateful to their great services and support.
