GoogleI've given 5 stars and I didn't write anything as I was very busy... but I need to say that Christian was absolutely amazing! He found the right place in a very short time. The apartment is perfect, exactly what we need, the area is quiet and the landlord is so nice. Christian knows how to help you and he's happy to do it. Thank you so much! Samanta O.

GoogleThis is THE letting agency! We gave Fletchers the -what we considered to be - impossible task. 1 bedroom flat, within a specific price range, pet friendly! While other agencies took in consideration maximum 1 of our requirements Fletchers found for us the perfect house. We were impressed of how serious and persistent they were to help us find the house that matched our tastes. Costumer service was amazing, everyone was extremely professional, polite and with remarkable attention to detail. Being extremely dissatisfied from previous companies I though letting agencies was a waste of time. Fletchers not only managed to change my opinion but they are now my letting agent for sure. I recommend them without hesitation.

GoogleGiles has been fantastic! Found us an amazing place, with a great location and cheap price. He has been very organised with signing of contracts, and has sent regular reminders/updates/follow-ups to ensure that we secure our dream property in a timely manner. Also, which was much appreciated, has also managed not only our documentation but also that of our guarantors by contacting them directly. All-in-all a very pleasant experience and we will definitely contact Giles directly in the future if we look to move again

GoogleMy flatmate and I had an absolutely delightful experience in employing the services of Fletchers to find our current flat. Anthony was brilliant in finding us flats which were well within our price range, and far superior to any we had viewed before coming to Fletchers, as well as proving eminently professional and extremely knowledgable about the area. The flat we eventually settled on was one not let directly by Fletchers, but rather a management company - nonetheless, Fletchers was a great help in driving the expeditious completion of the necessary documentation and keeping us up to date, with Anthony even checking up on us after the letting process was completed to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Cheers!

GoogleContacted Fletchers Brook Green and spoke with Joshua Winton. He took all my details and promptly arranged two viewings, both of which were perfectly matched with my profile and requirements. Among all the agents I consulted when looking for a 2 bedroom apt in London, Fletchers and Joshua were the only ones who provided exactly what I needed. Highly recommend, although I ended up letting an apt with another agent for other reasons.

Since I was new to London, Christian went above and beyond to guide me through the ins and outs of renting for the first time in the UK, which made my experience so much easier, from the very first viewing all the way to moving in to the my lovely flat.
