Erica Whitehead handled the entire process brilliantly from start to finish. She was calm, helpful and professional from the very start of the process all the way to the end. I'm self employed which made the referencing a little trickier than usual but she dealt with lettingshub, the landlord and myself during an extremely difficult time and not once did I ever feel like anything was a problem.
