Their staff intended to enter our home without our permission and with less than 24 hours’ notice, which they attributed to a miscommunication with the landlord. I lodged a complaint by email, which led to: 1. A half-hearted almost apology from Fletchers (+1 star) 2. Fletchers adding me to their mailing list so I could receive poorly targeted emails (-1 star)

GoogleHorrendous experience. Contemptuous treatment from Courtney P. and Beth J. Misrepresented a key aspect of the rental and only made me aware of it 2 weeks before move in. Acted only in defence of the landlord and left me with no choice but to accept the contract without changes or reductions. Use Fletchers if you like having ‘gun to the forehead’ dealings. Never again. Zero stars if I could.

GoogleI had a long, difficult process with Property Management. For starters, our right to rent checks were not conducted in full, or legally. Then, when conducting a change of sharer I felt threatened, my requests to not be contacted by phone, once I felt threatened, were not always adhered to. And there were blatant attempts to bend the rules of the tenant fee ban - which is illegal. Terrible customer service, slow, unprofessional and rude. Please NEVER use them.
