GoogleHave recently purchased a flat through fletchers brook green and jack Dann supported us through the whole process. He not only supported us but went above and beyond consistently, pushing solicitors, other agents, getting things done that were far from within his remit! His support and guidance throughout the process was invaluable and we are sure that without his input, we would still be in mid-chain limbo for months to come. Bravo jack, a true professional. Darko & Chris

GoogleI had a pleasure to work with Jack Denn from Fletchers in lost few months. During this time he proven to be true professional, always reachable, knowledgeable and amazingon followingup. He guided me through very difficult chain experience, and not that he was only helping me but he was mentoring other estate agent from agency I have sold my flat with as they were not even closely experienced as Jack. I would truly recommend Fletchers and Jack Denn

GoogleJack is extremely rude and unprofessional, called to enquire and was extremely rushing, told me I would receive a call back from Emma, (which I didn't), I had to call back myself. Then saw another property available so called again with Jack answering yet again, and told me Emma would call me back. I expressed my concerns about Emma not calling back earlier and Jack replied with 'well we get 90 calls a day' which I would like someone to investigate as to whether there are 90 inbound calls made in a day, because that would be quite surprising for a small agency. Furthermore, I asked if she could call back soon, and he said she will call back when she's not busy, and I said okay, never mind, thanks, and he ENDED THE CALL - no bye, no nothing...how disrespectful can you be? Avoid this agency at all costs - I can see in previous reviews people have dealt with the same kind of issue.
Dear Saraa, I am sorry to read your 1 star review. I am concerned to read your comments and have passed them to our Area Director. Someone shall be in touch shortly. Kind regards, Sarah Tranter, Customer Relations Team
