GoogleWe were buying our first flat and the process was long and drawn out because of legals, freeholder back and forth and other snags along the way. Jack was great and supported us through the process every step of the way. His enthusiasm and consistent bright attitude really helped us during many frustrating times. Fletchers originally allocated us a different estate agent who we didn’t get on anywhere near as well with. Ultimately jack stepped in at the right time and helped manage things between us as the buyer and the selling party, especially in getting things over the line. Thank you Jack we are now very happy in our new home together! Great to have you with us during this process.

GoogleWe have used Fletchers to buy and to sell properties in the Hammersmith area. Our experience has consistently been very positive. The team, led by Jack Dan, are professional and client focused. Recently we have sold a house and Herman has supported us throughout. He ensured that we received regular updates and smoothed out any issues which has resulted in the successful exchange of contracts. They know the market, they know how to work with people and we would definitely recommend them. There are many agents in the area but we would always choose Fletchers.

GoogleReally impressed with Jack and Fletchers. We had previously been on the market with another agent in West Ken and felt like we’d been relegated to the bottom of their list. With Jack we always felt like his most important customer. He kept his word and got lots of people in for viewings quickly and we had a good offer within a week. Post offer acceptance, Jack drove the completion process. He always kept us up to date and was always available (or quickly returned messages). Our sale wasn’t the most straight forward and I genuinely believe without Jack’s tenacity it could have fallen through. Thank you!

TrustpilotThe agent in Chiswick valued our house…
The agent in Chiswick valued our house in excess of 2.2 million and was confident in achieving a higher price than this.We therefore signed a 20 week agreement for them to market the house.Within a week they were on the phone asking us to reduce the price.Since then they are constantly calling and mailing to reduce the price.It’s a shame that they can’t put this effort into selling the house at the valued price.

GoogleAVOID! Lily, the senior letting agent, left a voice mail with details regarding my enquiry on my Husbands phone. I e-mailed Lily twice why she thought it is a good idea to leave my Husband a voicemail? To find out what happened I emailed Lily on 24. and 25.of July 2024 and never got an answer why she did what she did: her only reply was ''I will delete your details in our database''. Absolutely unprofessional Agency, in 20 years I have never had someone disclosing my privacy!
