Hi Georgios, I am aware that you are unhappy at having to pay for a professional clean at the end of your tenancy. However this was a clause of your agreement, and the independent check out clerk agreed a professional clean was necessary. You agreed to this deduction and chose not to dispute this with the DPS.

GoogleAmazing experience with James and his team at Fisks. Have rented flats with Fisks for years with great service, but when selling the property, they really came into their own and helped handle all the ins and outs of a property sale - and managed to navigate the process for me clearly and concisely.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. Specially the guy in the blue suit in the pictures - is so full of himself. Totally fake - you would be so much better off going somewhere else and actually doing a favour to humanity... You will not find a record in your database clearly as I decided to take my business elsewhere... Even in your response to the comment - there is evidence of dripping arrogance!!

GoogleI would NEVER reccomend Fisks, in fact, if I see a house even being sold by Fisks I will avoid that house as it is just not worth the stress. When talking to other estate agents about valuing my home I mentioned my hard time with an estate agent and they all said "Fisks?" And then followed by "did you deal with..." and of course the persons name who I had to deal with came up. Please, save yourself the aggro and go with another estate agent. If I could rate less than one I would because honestly the way they treat you is dreadful.

GoogleI used Fisks to sell my house recently and for what is supposed to be a stressful time in general, this proved to be a great experience. All the people at Fisks were very helpful at all times and explained details of the process all the way through. The young chap Taris Etherton was appointed as my agent and he did a fantastic job all the way through. He kept me informed from start to finish. Unfortunately there were a couple of issues that needed urgent attention or may have caused bigger issues. Taris was at hand throughout and resolved them without immediately and without concern to me whatsoever. All in all a fantastic experience by a fantastic team. Due to unforeseen problems with the property I was selling, the sale was not straightforward and took just over a year. Fisks never wavered in their commitment throughout the lengthy process. They are knowledgeable and professional. The level of communication was excellent. They kept me informed of every viewing and every offer as soon as they knew about it so I always felt that I was up-to-date with developments. They’re definitely a good team to have on your side when selling a property. If I ever need to sell a house again I will definitely go back to Fisks. I have to give special mention to Simon and Taris who were both very friendly and helpful. These two guys are excellent and were always there for me when problems arose and so took a lot of the stress out the process.
