I’m still in the I don’t know yet bit, but regardless if this isn’t to be (which would actually break my heart I think) I am certain that working with these highly professional yet absolute gems of people, I will find my bungalow. GoogleAfter a horrible experience with another local estate agent I came to Fisks and was so relieved to meet Albie & Tayla. Albie is excellent - he is a perfectionist, I couldn’t have asked for more, nothing is too much trouble and he’s a genuinely lovely person to deal with. Communication was excellent - they set up a WhatsApp chat with a group of staff who were involved in my sale so there was always someone available for me. Tayla worked so hard to complete the sale, we had an unforeseen delay with someone in our chain and Tayla worked tirelessly for five months until it was finally done. Due to unforeseen problems with the property I was selling, the sale was not straightforward and took just over a year. Fisks never wavered in their commitment throughout the lengthy process. They are knowledgeable and professional. The level of communication was excellent. They kept me informed of every viewing and every offer as soon as they knew about it so I always felt that I was up-to-date with developments. They’re definitely a good team to have on your side when selling a property. If I ever need to sell a house again I will definitely go back to Fisks. I have to give special mention to Simon and Taris who were both very friendly and helpful. These two guys are excellent and were always there for me when problems arose and so took a lot of the stress out the process.

I just recently sold a one bedroom bungalow on Canvey Island and selected Fisks as the agents I would use .for the sale. Their friendly and helpful service was a pleasure to deal with as the property belonged to my late mother and it was a sad time for myself and family. There were several viewings and I was informed at all times as to the progress being made. Eventually a buyer was found and the transaction went smoothly right up to the sale completion. I must give a special mention to Taris Etherton, who I'd had most of my dealings with. He was a nice guy and it was like dealing with a good friend rather than a pushy estate agent.

Albie said his granddad started the business which is another lie. GoogleOur sale was a difficult one to say the least. Issues with the buyers solictor being rather slow and problems with further down the chain caused or sale to take 13 months to complete, not helped by the fact that I live in Canada. Through all of this fisks have been brilliant, especially Taris. He has gone above and beyond at every point, from meter readings, running paperwork backwards and forwards to making sure the furniture and contents went to people in need. He has always got back to me same day with any questions I have, and gone out of his way to get me answers when no one could help.
If you are thinking of selling or buying, Taris is the person to go to. He is outstanding, unlike some Estate agents that do the bare minimum. Taris goes the extra mile every day for his clients. He is honest, reliable and conscientious. We cannot recommend him and the team he works with enough.
