GoogleI used Fisks to sell my house recently and for what is supposed to be a stressful time in general, this proved to be a great experience. All the people at Fisks were very helpful at all times and explained details of the process all the way through. The young chap Taris Etherton was appointed as my agent and he did a fantastic job all the way through. He kept me informed from start to finish. Unfortunately there were a couple of issues that needed urgent attention or may have caused bigger issues. Taris was at hand throughout and resolved them without immediately and without concern to me whatsoever. All in all a fantastic experience by a fantastic team. GoogleSimon and his team were truly great selling our house, the sale of the house was a very bumpy experience but Simon and the team smoothed it out. At one point it looked like we were having to change solicitors ( must add not our solicitors fault ) so Simon arranged other solicitors,as they were more expensive he even arranged for them to give us a discount. In the end we stayed with the original solicitors. Before Fisk's we were with another local agent without any success so we have been more than happy that we changed as we SOLD.

We would recommend Fisk as an estate agents. We initially asked them to be our estate agent as when we had brought our house 20 years earlier this was the agent we used. The experience we had received this first time was both professional and efficient. Yet again the staff have been professional, efficient and extremely helpful in providing us with information or answering any questions or concerns. We felt that Gemma and Toni provided us with a personal service which met our individual requirements relating to our sale.

And even went the extra mile I see the house on right move when I was working in Northampton we planned to meet at a certain time but I got stuck in traffic traveling back Jamie so kindly came back out to me even though her day was finish so I could look which I thought was very understanding and accommodating. As I would imagine with most house sales there is always a few issues. I think it would be fair to say I had my fair share. Most of my dealings went via Gemma North but if Gemma was not available the team there was easy to talk to and had an understanding of what was going on at any time during the sale. Gemma's polite, cirtious and had a 100% understanding on my needs making the sale seem personal. Even though there was more than one person to deal with. I would recommend Gemma to any friend who wished to sell their home. There was always a cheerful voice on the end of the phone. Thank you Gemma. Regards Dave Wright

We had to sell the property after a bereavement and arranged valuations from 3 local estate agents.. Gemma North from Fisks stood out far and above the other 2. As well as being positive and encouraging about securing a sale for us at a good price, she was also sympathetic to our situation and didn't pressure us with any hard sell, instead she was just kind, friendly and reassuring. On the first day the property went on the market Gemma had arranged 3 viewings. on day 2 she contacted us with a great offer which we accepted. Gemma and her lovely team of ladies at Fisks kept us fully informed through every step of the process. with regular updates. The sale went through without a hitch.. We received a first class service from a great team of ladies and would thoroughly recommend Fisks to anybody.
