GoogleI cannot recommend Fisk Estate Agents at Benfleet ,highly enough. After 2 other estate agents failed to sell my property, Ryan the manager took over and everything changed. Nicola, Emma and Ryan were brilliant as a team. They communicated properly, kept me updated at every step, and made the whole process stress-free. Unlike my previous experiences where I heard nothing, Fisk were on it from day one. Thank you Nicola, Emma and Ryan for getting it sold.

GoogleI enquired about a property beginning of this year and Harriet has been nothing but a thorn in my side since........ but a awesome one. Although the first property was out of my reach it didn't stop her searching for me. Her communication skills are phenomenal and keeps me updated with everything going on. Even when I call to be a pain, she handles it expertly and resolves any problems. Her team with her are also very helpful and for some reason smile when they see me, nobody smiles when they see me.......... nobody! Harriet is an Absolute asset to fisks, look after this one the higher ups who see this, she will not disappoint. If she wins a award I take 5% Thank you and goodnight.

GoogleI cannot fault the service I received, despite a bit of nightmare situation. Despite tenants needing to be evicted and trashing the house, Fisks still managed to get me the price I wanted, effectively in 8 days from getting the house back. In just over 3 months, after a lot of questions, problems and tenant issues, we have now completed on the sale. I’m sure Ian was stressed over my sale, but thanks to him and Harriet, I wasn’t. Great communication, which makes a massive difference, and would happily recommend.

GoogleHave used Fisk for a few houses purchase and sales over the years and cannot fault them. Fisk and their staff are fantastic, exceeded expectations and provided 5 star service. Harriet especially was always there and helped in out in any way she could. Tayla was very helpful too, very polite, friendly and again was there to answer questions too. Highly recommend Fisks Estate Agents

GoogleAbsolutely Terrible Estate Agency. If your selling your house don't bother selling with this Estate Agent. We were prospective buyers with no chain, £300,000 deposit and they refused to allow us to view a property. So they lost out on a sale and also a potential rental. Especially in this climate when nothing is selling and potential buyers are scarse. If you list your house with these... It's highly unlikely they'll sell it.
We would like to address the concerns you have raised. First and foremost, our duty to the vendor requires us to qualify all potential viewers to ensure they are in a position to proceed with a purchase. This is a standard procedure and is not intended to discriminate against any potential buyers. We fully understand and can respect that you appear to be in a strong financial position, with no chain and a £300,000 deposit. We just asked relevant questions for due diligence. We were still working to coordinate a viewing with you, but as we were unable to reach you via phone, we had to rely on email communication only.

GoogleWhen people say you pay £000s to sell your house...agents are not worth the money...etc .well Fisk's have certainly earned their money when selling my parents house. Firstly a buyer pulled out...within 10 days another buyer was found who was in a great buying position. Then Harriet & Tayla pushed in every direction to ensure a prompt sales progression. They both constantly chased all parties to ensure everything went through as quickly as possible. They went over and above any other agents I have worked with. Highly recommend. The photos were professional, the property description was accurate and potential buyers were vetted. What more could you ask for! Thanks ladies.

GoogleI was dealing with theses clowns for a few days and it was the worst few day ever the staff that work there are a joke don't know what they are doing and back and forward all day long they are rude and not helpful they are the worst company I have dealt with in a long time I would be writing forever for all the problems they have but im not wasting no more of my time with these people EVERYONE DO NOT USE THEM YOUR WASTING YOUR TIME !!!!!!! This review is fake! We were contacted by a company the day after this review was posted, telling us if we paid them £400 they will remove the review. We, of course, haven’t paid them a penny and we have contacted google to have this review removed. The company is called ‘FIRSTRANK’ and a gentleman called JOHN DRIFFIELD (FAKE NAME) is the director. Fisks have done a great job during the recent sale of my house. Ian was at absolute professional from our first meeting, right through to completion. The initial valuation process was a well conducted procedure and included a comprehensive report of my area and similar property sold prices, which enabled me to accurately choose a realistic but fair selling price. The fisks team arrange for some amazing looking professional level photos to be taken which really set the property apart from others when viewed on property websites. They conducted all viewings and I achieved an offer of full asking price within a matter of weeks. The process through to exchange and completion was handled very well, and Ian done a great job of keeping me informed and passing information between the 2 conveyancing teams. Overall I couldn't be happier, I sold my house for the money I wanted, it went through perfectly and I was very happy with the low fee! Next time I sell I'll be on the phone to Fisks. Thanks guys!

GoogleOur family have dealt with Fisks in Benfleet for a total of 3 sales and 2 purchases over the last several years - and I can't state enough how much we recommend them. We've been treated like family by them, and the team including Ian, Harriet and most recently, Ben, have made one of the most stressful of life events much easier and smoother than we ever expected. From the excellent marketing - including superb Virtual Tours of our homes that really made a difference and expert Rightmove management - to their diligence in chasing conveyancing and keeping track of things, Fisks have been as good as it gets. If you want a personalised service from LOCAL people who care, speak to them first.
