GoogleI would NEVER reccomend Fisks, in fact, if I see a house even being sold by Fisks I will avoid that house as it is just not worth the stress. When talking to other estate agents about valuing my home I mentioned my hard time with an estate agent and they all said "Fisks?" And then followed by "did you deal with..." and of course the persons name who I had to deal with came up. Please, save yourself the aggro and go with another estate agent. If I could rate less than one I would because honestly the way they treat you is dreadful.

GooglePhoned up to arrange a valuation, one was arranged but then I was called back and told that as the house was being sold to a family member the sale would not involve any further involvement from them after that (in other words I wasn't worth any money to them). Then he said I would have to pay a fee, and he would call me. I didn't receive a call. I just wasn't enough money to them I guess.

GoogleTried to contact with a view to selling. After being directed by an automated telephone system, a recorded message told me they were busy and unable to take my call. It was possible to leave a message, but I declined. Unfortunately I am a seller and if this is how they respond to potential buyers telephone enquiries - not very good for business. I will use a different agent that employs sufficient staff to deal with enquiries..

I purchased a house , viewing with Chelsea, very nice, efficient and friendly person, Chelsea and Ian guided through the purchase were very helpful, never too busy to take my calls and always on the ball with information. Ian found me a tenant did all checks and I couldn't be more happier with the service I received, from ALL staff, felt very confident and would use again, have recommended them to loads of people too. Excellent team all round

We enlisted the help of Fisks towards the end of 2015 to sell a property (a probate sale). They very quickly organised an open day, and we soon had a dozen or so offers, several were considerably above our asking price. Unfortunately we lost our first buyers over Christmas due to unavoidable circumstances. But Fisks quickly found new buyers, and we were soon back on track. Fisks did so much more than just finding us a buyer:- - they discussed & advised on the merits of potential buyers and their offers - they accompanied buyers and their contractors on numerous visits to the house - they advised/recommended local trades to affect some minor repair work - they kept in touch with all parties to follow progress and keep the process on the rails - they chivvied & chased the three solicitors in the chain (which is a bit like herding sheep!) - they read the service meters and checked the clearance company had left the property clean & tidy prior to sale completion Who could ask for more? So its 5 stars for Fisks. Thank you guys!

I have had numerous dealings with Fisks over the years having bought and sold properties through them and also have them manage my rental properties. So far I have bought 3 properties and sold 1 using Fisks - each time they have had excellent communications with me, always keeping me informed on the progress of the sale or purchase so that I have never felt the need to chase them. I also rent 4 properties through Fisks - all my tenants are long term and have been in place for several years. Unfortunately issues will always arise when renting properties but I am more than happy with the management service provided - I am always kept well informed on any issues raised by my tenants and am confident that Fisks will provide appropriate action in resolving any problems that may arise. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful but special mentions must go to Sarah in the property management department and also Toni and Gemma in sales in the Canvey office. I would highly recommend using Fisks estate agents whether buying, selling or renting - they are my first choice estate agents in the area and am happy to have them manage my properties for many more years to come!

I feel i was given good advice on the pricing of the property and the marketing material was excellent. I had 4 full asking price offers within a few days. General communication from Ian at Fisks was excellent and he kept in contact with my solicitor, my buyers and their solicitor as required. A very good experience compared to other agents I have used and I would defintely recommend them and use them again myself.

GoogleI was really impressed with Harriet. From the moment we met her professionalism stood out. She kept my brother and I informed at every stage. She really knows her job. I have no hesitation in recommending her. She is an asset to Fisk Estate Agents.

GoogleVery disappointed.... I paid the fees but they didn't reply me properly..... Every time I need to call them to ask what's going on.... At the end of the reference checks, they said we can't move on the next step and they didn't said what was the reason behind that.... At the end I lost my money and realised that this was not a proper genuine estate agent.... Thanks

GoogleWe have used Fisks twice now and both times they have been excellent!- Harriet listed our property and Ben done the viewings and managed to get us an offer within 48 hours. Ben has always been there and answered any questions we have had!

GoogleCompletely inept at their job. If I could give the Fisks team less than 1 star, I would. Don't trust their credit checks. Had to chase them constantly for unpaying tenants. All they did for their fee was to forward on our emails. Complete waste of money. You'd be better managing the property yourself that using Fisks.
