I decided to use Fisks because my initial consultation with them was very professional and left me feeling confident they could sell my house quickly. My circumstances were more difficult as we were selling two houses at the same time but Ian and Chelsea managed this throughout the process very professionally.
Both Ian and Chelsea were very approachable and always did their upmost to answer any questions that were thrown their way. It was a pleasure dealing with them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again to move house.

We gave our property to Fisks when we decided to move as Ian seemed the most professional of the three agents who we asked to value our property.
Boy are we glad we did house sold to the first viewers in 36 hours from instructing Fisk's. We were kept up to date with regular calls and nothing was too much trouble. Now we have moved Ian is collecting post from our old address for us and calling for us to collect from the office. Beyond the call of duty

We used Fisks ten years ago to buy our house and everything went so smoothly we didn't hesitate used them again to sell the same property last year without even thinking of contacting anyone else.
Their valuation was spot on and we had numerous viewings booked within a few days and two confirmed offers (with mortgage approval) within 6 days of our house being on the market..
Chelsea and the team work tirelessly for you and, being the control freak that I am, put up with my constant calls and questions always in a cheery helpful manner, they never made me feel like I was being a nuisance. Even when our buyers solicitor was causing all sorts of problems (due to their incompetence and nothing to do with Fisks at all!) and I thought I was losing the plot they did their utmost to get things back on track and alleviate our concerns.
I think that because they're not a big chain like some of the major high street estate agents you're made to feel like you're not just a client file and you get the personal approach that you know isn't following some sort of script or corporate workflow chart,
I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking for a competent, friendly and professional estate agent.

Selling a property is never easy but trying to do it whilst evicting tenants is a nightmare. Ian And Harriet at Fisks were fantastic. How Harriet managed to show the house with the tenants still there, I’ll never know. And having possession for 8 days, with the state it was left in and still getting the price I wanted...well, what can I say?! Ian took over when the offer was accepted and I cannot fault the service received - communication was always excellent. Would definitely recommend!!

GoogleCompletely inept at their job. If I could give the Fisks team less than 1 star, I would.
Don't trust their credit checks. Had to chase them constantly for unpaying tenants. All they did for their fee was to forward on our emails. Complete waste of money. You'd be better managing the property yourself that using Fisks.
