GoogleOur family have dealt with Fisks in Benfleet for a total of 3 sales and 2 purchases over the last several years - and I can't state enough how much we recommend them. We've been treated like family by them, and the team including Ian, Harriet and most recently, Ben, have made one of the most stressful of life events much easier and smoother than we ever expected. From the excellent marketing - including superb Virtual Tours of our homes that really made a difference and expert Rightmove management - to their diligence in chasing conveyancing and keeping track of things, Fisks have been as good as it gets. If you want a personalised service from LOCAL people who care, speak to them first.

GoogleFisk's were absolutely fantastic. We changed to them from another local estate agent and the service we had was brilliant. They sold 2 houses for us and always communicated with us about everything. The staff were professional and friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

GoogleWe had a great experience renting with Fisks. Despite the company being small, everyone possesses a high level of professionalism and responsiveness. GoogleOur sale was a difficult one to say the least. Issues with the buyers solictor being rather slow and problems with further down the chain caused or sale to take 13 months to complete, not helped by the fact that I live in Canada. Through all of this fisks have been brilliant, especially Taris. He has gone above and beyond at every point, from meter readings, running paperwork backwards and forwards to making sure the furniture and contents went to people in need. He has always got back to me same day with any questions I have, and gone out of his way to get me answers when no one could help. If you are thinking of selling or buying, Taris is the person to go to. He is outstanding, unlike some Estate agents that do the bare minimum. Taris goes the extra mile every day for his clients. He is honest, reliable and conscientious. We cannot recommend him and the team he works with enough.
