As a landlord we have a chance to have a deal with James who provided an excellent service from the first time. He was very friendly, reliable, helpful , very professional and good organiser. So the view of apartment was organised immediately , taking photos and the whole process with his team was easy . They responded emails quickly . As a landlord I think our relationship will be deeper in the future as they are doing a full management for my apartment. Yes, I will recommend this agency to my friend!

We gave our property to Fisks when we decided to move as Ian seemed the most professional of the three agents who we asked to value our property. Boy are we glad we did house sold to the first viewers in 36 hours from instructing Fisk's. We were kept up to date with regular calls and nothing was too much trouble. Now we have moved Ian is collecting post from our old address for us and calling for us to collect from the office. Beyond the call of duty Great service thanks again Martin and Melanie Bagnall

We enlisted the help of Fisks towards the end of 2015 to sell a property (a probate sale). They very quickly organised an open day, and we soon had a dozen or so offers, several were considerably above our asking price. Unfortunately we lost our first buyers over Christmas due to unavoidable circumstances. But Fisks quickly found new buyers, and we were soon back on track. Fisks did so much more than just finding us a buyer:- - they discussed & advised on the merits of potential buyers and their offers - they accompanied buyers and their contractors on numerous visits to the house - they advised/recommended local trades to affect some minor repair work - they kept in touch with all parties to follow progress and keep the process on the rails - they chivvied & chased the three solicitors in the chain (which is a bit like herding sheep!) - they read the service meters and checked the clearance company had left the property clean & tidy prior to sale completion Who could ask for more? So its 5 stars for Fisks. Thank you guys!

Aldborough Refurbishments are a small but growing construction and property refurbishment company. We use Fisks to both buy and sell and have just completed on our third property on Canvey Island. The company has proved to be knowledgeable, helpful and efficient in finding and subsequently marketing/selling, appropriate properties.. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fisks whatever your level of interest in the property market.

we was on a very strict time scale of finding a property and moving in, Toni in particular was very helpful and tried to push everything through as quick as she could. She was always updating us on everything to do with the sellers and their solicitor, and when Toni wasn't available her staff always tried to help as best as they could. Would deffinatly recommend!

GoogleI am very pleased with Fisks. My property requirements were very specific. I wanted a secure gated development, 24 hour security, parking bay, a west or south facing reception area with a river view and an east facing bedrooms. I had a very strict budget and Martin Boylan worked hard to find the right property. When I first registered my requirements I specifically requested contact via email or sms only. Fisks was the only agent to adhere to this request. When Martin found the right property for me I was about to travel abroad for a few days on business, Martin met me for an out of hours viewing and handled the negotiation until late into the evening to make sure I secured the property. Although I had to pay a little more than my original offer Martin handled the negotiation professionally and transparently. The rest of the process from agreeing the deal undertaking the references and collecting the keys progressed very smoothly indeed. Martin’s approach professionalism and market knowledge was excellent. When I moved into the property I was disappointed by the standard of the professional clean but Fisks arranged for professional cleaners to attend the same day. All in all a very good customer experience.

GoogleThis is the third time that I have asked Fisks to act as my agent for carrying out a property transaction. I have previously bought property through them and found James to be up front and honest, he doesn't play games or use estate agent selling technics to create urgency, which I have experienced with other agents. I have also sold property through James and found he will always try to achieve the best realistic sale price for you even when the property you are selling may not be the easiest for a potential purchaser to mortgage. Everyone at Fisks are happy to answer any questions you might have and keep you updated on the progress of either your sale or purchase, they are easy to talk to and you can tell they really enjoy what they do. I recently sold my latest home through them and I'm extremely happy with the price that Peter achieved for me, he carried out block viewing's which created the least disturbance and the best result's. I felt very safe with them when it came to recommendations on choosing our buyer and achieving the best sale price. I would have also used there services to by my new home but unfortunately they do not operate in the area I'm moving to. I highly recommend using them if you are looking to either sell or buy your home.

GoogleI've currently 3 flats on the isle of Dogs and had one since 1989. We have tried a number of agents over the years, many that are probably out of business a long time ago. Fisks have consistently come up as an excellent agent.. A couple of times I tried to find another agent, to effectively compare the market and on each and every attempt I've really struggled with the classic, estate agent mentality and people that really don't know their market who move on after a year or two. I've been working with James and his team for almost 10 years now and no longer bother to look around. Without question they are the best. This is a completely impartial review, I've done this off my own back, as hard work and honesty needs regarding and as a landlord I understand the difficulty in finding a good agency. I will copy this text to one more site but no others, and anyone is welcome to find me to corroborate my opinion (and check that I am real)- Mike Mew the Orthodontist.

GoogleI have had three business dealings with Fisks all of which have been very professional. As a sales agent Fisks gave great service to conclude the purchase of a property in Canary Wharf. As a letting agent Fisks had a tenant for us even before we put our property on the market. Fisks continue to act a property manager for us and I'm delighted to say we continue to receive great service.

GoogleFisks have been letting my apartment for the past seven years. It's not all been plane sailing but I have never had ANY unlet time throughout that seven years. And that's pretty impressive! I've been abroad for most of this time so have been heavily reliant on them. When problems have arisen (due to poor tenants), Fisks have always resolved them to my satisfaction. I've always received a very friendly and personal service which is more than I can say for some of the other bigger estate agents on the Wharf that run another of my properties.
