Fisks will persevere for you

I own a 2bed2bath flat in the Landmark Tower and we have been marketing it both last summer (when we took on a 6-month let) and then again from the beginning of this year.. Both times Fisks ended up missing out on the business as other agencies had more success with the clients they had provided but both times Fisks never ceased in their enthusiasm to help us and they provided a steady flow of viewings which always came with a detailed update back to us so we always felt in good hands with them and I would recommend their perseverance to anyone (in particular Peter Smith) so do be sure to include them in your shortlist.

Friendly and professional

Jamie offered a great service kept me in the loop at all times. Buy & sell with confidence

I have purchased and sold recently with Fisks and the level of service was fantastic. It was nice to use an agent that actually worked on your behalf. My purchase went through without a hitch and even though there were hick-ups with my sale, Fisks dealt with the issues as though it was them personally who were selling their own property. My house sale via Gemma North (fisks Canvey )

As I would imagine with most house sales there is always a few issues. I think it would be fair to say I had my fair share. Most of my dealings went via Gemma North but if Gemma was not available the team there was easy to talk to and had an understanding of what was going on at any time during the sale. Gemma's polite, cirtious and had a 100% understanding on my needs making the sale seem personal. Even though there was more than one person to deal with. Outstanding Service & highly Recommended

We used Fisks ten years ago to buy our house and everything went so smoothly we didn't hesitate used them again to sell the same property last year without even thinking of contacting anyone else. Their valuation was spot on and we had numerous viewings booked within a few days and two confirmed offers (with mortgage approval) within 6 days of our house being on the market.. Chelsea and the team work tirelessly for you and, being the control freak that I am, put up with my constant calls and questions always in a cheery helpful manner, they never made me feel like I was being a nuisance. Even when our buyers solicitor was causing all sorts of problems (due to their incompetence and nothing to do with Fisks at all!) and I thought I was losing the plot they did their utmost to get things back on track and alleviate our concerns. I think that because they're not a big chain like some of the major high street estate agents you're made to feel like you're not just a client file and you get the personal approach that you know isn't following some sort of script or corporate workflow chart, I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking for a competent, friendly and professional estate agent.

I have had numerous dealings with Fisks over the years having bought and sold properties through them and also have them manage my rental properties. So far I have bought 3 properties and sold 1 using Fisks - each time they have had excellent communications with me, always keeping me informed on the progress of the sale or purchase so that I have never felt the need to chase them. I also rent 4 properties through Fisks - all my tenants are long term and have been in place for several years. Unfortunately issues will always arise when renting properties but I am more than happy with the management service provided - I am always kept well informed on any issues raised by my tenants and am confident that Fisks will provide appropriate action in resolving any problems that may arise. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful but special mentions must go to Sarah in the property management department and also Toni and Gemma in sales in the Canvey office. I would highly recommend using Fisks estate agents whether buying, selling or renting - they are my first choice estate agents in the area and am happy to have them manage my properties for many more years to come!

NO questions the best agency on the IODogs!

I've currently 3 flats on the isle of Dogs and had one since 1989. We have tried a number of agents over the years, many that are probably out of business a long time ago. Fisks have consistently come up as an excellent agent.. A couple of times I tried to find another agent, to effectively compare the market and on each and every attempt I've really struggled with the classic, estate agent mentality and people that really don't know their market who move on after a year or two. I've been working with James and his team for almost 10 years now and no longer bother to look around. Without question they are the best. This is a completely impartial review, I've done this off my own back, as hard work and honesty needs regarding and as a landlord I understand the difficulty in finding a good agency. Friendly and efficient

Fisks have looked after my property for seven years. Yes of course we've had tricky moments but things have always been resolved. The nature of the business is that tenants really aren't very pleasant a lot of the time and don't treat your property as you would like it to be treated. When we have had issues, Fisks have sorted things out and I've also been on inspection visits with them. I've also never had more than a couple of weeks of unlet time in those seven years. And that is saying something!
