I am glad I cross paths with Fisks in my flat hunting activity, I was contacted initially to view a flat that was not suitable for my needs, But the day after this first attempt I was contacted directly by James Pring who offered to pick me up and visit two property in the same morning. All the negotiations were carried out professionally and in a transparent way, I was able to get answers to all my questions and James was very keen on details and to close the contract with full satisfaction of both landlord and myself. Highly reccomended

Although there were very few viewers, luckily one of them wanted to buy the house. Fisks dealt with all of the viewings as I was not in the property. The whole legal side of buying and selling is crazy in this country, but we eventually got there with some additional negotiations!

Toni and the rest of the team at fisks were very efficient with lots of local knowledge. They accommodated our requests to visit the property on quite a few occasions so we could measure up for furniture and new kitchens and bathrooms. The property was empty which made this even easier. Toni even entertained the kids while we were doing this! Would definitely use again

Very happy with the price achieved (especially compared to 2 other local agents valuations) and a fixed fee that was lower than other quotes was an added bonus.
