GoogleWe recently purchased a new home in Blackmore, Essex. It was a new build development, and Fenn Wright has been an excellent agent to do business with. Throughout the process, Steve, in particular, kept us informed and aware of any developments. The service level was five stars, and we felt very accommodated at every step. Our process from viewing the property to moving in was just over 4 weeks, possibly one of the fastest moves in history, and I put that down to Steve helping us at every turn and liaising with the developer to ensure we were all communicating smoothly. GoogleGot to say, we were on with a few estate agents in Witham and Braintree and Fenn wright were by far the best in Witham. Honest, professional, not pushy. Georgia is lovely and really helpful. Once we had sold Jo was our angel and calmed me down many times! Definitely the best. Thank you.

Fenn wright were the 3rd estate agent we used after 2 unsuccessful ones. I wish we'd gone to them first! Kirsty & her team from the stanway office were the ones to eventually make our move complete. She was constantly keeping us updated on what was a very stressful move. She was friendly & approachable whilst still being professional. She clearly knows her stuff & worked very very hard to make it come together. I will actually miss not talking to her now we are moved! She restored my faith in estate agents & I would highly recommend her & her team.

GoogleNot the best experience renting with fenn wright, took them ages to sort our referencing and they use Good Lord to do it which caused so many complications and made the process really frustrating. They changed our move in date, and never gave us updates unless we chased. To top it off, when we moved in, they didn’t give us the contact details of our landlord until we asked as we found a problem that needed reporting, only gave us one set of keys, and then contacted us with the previous tenants name. Previous places I’ve viewed and moved into places in a couple weeks whereas this took over a month after paying the holding deposit to signing a contract.

This purchase was extremely taxing for everyone involved & made more complicated by having 2x first time buyers buying 2 separate properties. Without the expertise of Kirsty holding it all together this sale would not have happened. She kept us fully informed of the good & sometimes bad news at all times & was doing the job of the solicitors by liaising with all the other agents involved in this chain. We can’t thank Kirsty & her team enough for helping us especially when she worked during her holiday with her family to ensure that the exchange & completion on the same day happened. Thanks again Kirsty you were awesome.
