GoogleJust sold and bought through Fenn wright Manningtree. Always found everyone in the team to be really friendly and approachable. Sale/purchase was frustrating at times due to being in a chain and slow solicitors etc…, I’m not sure we could have done it without Helen’s persistent chasing which I’m very grateful for!

GoogleFrom start to finish, the process and information was simple to absorb. Charlotte was amazing, had all the facts a figues I needed, I was kept up to date every step of the way through first viewing to completion. Answers to questions were coming faster than asking the solicitors, I guess that is down to the relationship the agent (Charlotte) had with the vendors but made the process easier for me for sure. Thank you Charlotte 10/10!

GoogleI would highly recommend using Fenn Wright, my experience with them was outstanding. Nothing was ever too much and always polite and friendly. I have finally just got into my new home but I would not be here if it wasn't for Helen, she was my rock and done everything possible to help with my purchase of my home. What a great team they all are, thankyou so much for all you have done, I can now enjoy my new home and relax 😀😊

GoogleI would highly recommend using Fenn Wright in Manningtree! They supported, advised and dealt with the sale and purchase of our properties. From the get go, they were proactive, friendly, polite and helpful. They knew what was going on at all times and able to help/support in the right way. Helen was wonderful and also the wider team, Kaleigh and Ben. They were there all the tway through to completion and supported us the whole way. Thank you again!

GoogleSuggest you go elsewhere! I popped in with some very specific requirements. I asked for details of any houses to buy with stair lifts or where stair lifts could be fitted. I specifically said this was instead of ground floor flats/ bungalows. The manager actually complained that I was giving comprehensive information to what he said was “a junior member of staff”. I was then given details for a ground floor flat… the exact opposite of what I asked.

GoogleFenn Wright Chelmsford were incredibly helpful when we chose them to sell our house. Out of the many estate agents we had over to value our house, they stood out as being honest with a family feel, not there just to push a sale. They were helpful all through the process, especially the last month or so when lots of things needed chasing up across the chain. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleWorking with Fenn Wright has been absolutely delightful and a pleasure to work with. The team of Regan and Nathaniel were wonderful at finding a new home for myself and my partner, and Kevin ran through one of the best home walk throughs we've ever had. The team completely took the stress out of finding a new place to live and I would highly reccomend working with them.

GoogleIf I could give 0 stars, I would. Company told my partner it was fine if he had a CCJ, so we went through the whole process, paid the deposit, then were declined as the CCJ was over the threshold that we were not informed about. If we were told there was a threshold & what it was, WE WOULDNT HAVE APPLIED. Now they are withholding our deposit.

GoogleUseless at trying to let a property from them. I have chased and chased about a property,don't get anywhere. Tried to book a viewing and they told me to contact them the following week but gave out viewings to other people.impossible to communicate with EDIT: finally viewed the property and have now spent days trying to get an application form with no response from anyone. Also contacted head of lettings as advised and didn't hear anything from her either
