Exceedingly helpful and pleasant staff, they handled all aspects of our sale very efficiently making the potentially stressful process as easy as possible. We particularly appreciated the support in selling a house when we were living 250 miles away, with staff handling everything for us. Deplorable, unethical, dishonest organisation who are the literal bad example of what people fear estate agents are. - Repeatedly late for viewings - Allowed viewer to bring dog into our home - Had to be chased multiple times for any feedback - Didn’t vet any viewers, most weren’t in a position to make offers etc - Lies within office where staff claimed to have received feedback around price, none of which were relayed to us - Pressure tactics to reduce price once 4 weeks on the market - Rude office manager (David) - Poor non-professional photos - Initially dishonest about selling fee (+VAT) - Admitted fault and offered 10% off, but then claimed that no mistakes were accountable - Complaints process not impartial - Removed our property from market without discussion Please avoid at all costs!
