GoogleRented accommodation through Fenn Wright, great at the beginning. When it came to the end of tenancy, nightmare, was given incorrect information several times. After being put through to 3 offices across the UK I am still awaiting for the actual responce.

GoogleWe sold our house in September 2016. David Carter and Karl Manning ran the sale for us and I couldn't recommend their team highly enough. As always, the move was a stressful time and it was made much easier than it could have been thanks to the Fenn Wright team. GoogleWe bought our property through Fenn Wright. The purchase was extremely complicated over a 9 month period but Fenn Wright were excellent. The sale would not have happened if it wasnt for the expertise & perseverence of all the team. We cannot recommend these guys enough !

GoogleIn relocating to the UK and in particular the Chelmsford area, we found the advice from David at Fenn Wright spot on. David gave us an honest assessment of Chelmsford and steered us to those parts of the city that best fitted our needs, rather than push endless property specs at us. We did manage to find a property through David and Fenn Wright and were very happy with how he also dealt with the sale process. Thanks

GoogleFirst Class. My faith in Estate Agents has been restored. They are worth every penny and more of their commission. If I have called them for help or advice, they are more than happy to help, and if I leave a message, they always call me straight back. But more than that, they were calling me with updates and chasing other parties without me having to request. I can't thank the team at Fenn Wright Chelmsford enough for their help and support. I would recommend them to anyone. They are outstanding.

GoogleI bought a house in November and Fenn Wright were very professional and friendly. At one stage it looked like the Chain would fall apart but with their guidance and help we managed to renegotiate and the sale went through. I relied on them heavily throughout the process to liaise with the various parties and they were hardworking and attentive at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend.

GoogleThe team at Fenn Wright Chelmsford are all totally professional, helpful and efficient. I was impressed at their handling of my sale which completed in December, liaising with all parties and dealing with all issues confidently and knowledgeably. No call or query ever went unanswered and potentially stressful situations were resolved by their expert guidance. My son bought his property through them 12 months earlier and was equally impressed.

GoogleWent in to register as I'm looking for an investment property, I was introduced to the lettings manager there who spent time going over all areas even outside of his area. Fantastic honest advice and I will be using Fenn Wright when I buy somewhere.

GoogleAbsolutely ridiculous excuse for estate agents. Unhelpful and uneducated. Had to take half a day off work, when moving in, to show the Lettings team where an address was on a bank statement...despite numerous email correspondence to advise them. During our tenancy we were harassed by debt collectors from 6am-8pm most days from the previous tenant - Fenn Wright did not want to know. Moving out, the property was left immaculate and freshly decorated to a high standard, yet they hit us with threats of charges left right and centre, if you do not provide receipts for everything to be professionally cleaned, despite it was vile and disgusting when we moved in. - £100 +VAT for carpets to be steamed (after I had done it...so for a receipt) - £250 for an inventory to state there are light bulbs in the unfurnished property - £60 admin +VAT for any other questions/maintenance etc Would not recommend them to my worst enemy. For a full time, young hard worker I did not expect this grief and disrespect whilst moving. On the plus side, the accounts team are kind and honest, refunding every penny back to me that they OVER CHARGED me for...unfortunately this did not include any of the list above.
