GoogleAll the staff at the Sudbury Branch were superb from start to finish ensuring that my property was presented at its very best. When my first buyer fell through they immediately re-launched and I had another buyer within days. Throughout the conveyancing process they provided weekly updates and kept their fingers on the pulse the whole time. I can highly recommend this superbly professional Agent. I used them several times when I lived in Colchester and found the same level of service and care.

GoogleAbsolutely AMAZING service and an excellent experience over a potentially stressful time! I used this agency twice and on both occasions I was very satisfied with their level of communication, professionalism and keeping us updated at every single step. On this occasion I would like to mention David Carter who worked above and beyond to ensure our sale goes through before Christmas. From day one, David came across as a very passionate and committed to his job and us as clients. He always been one step ahead of me when it came to undertake different tasks. David, did everything to make things run as quickly and smoothly as possible. It is well known that selling/buying a house it is one of the most stressful time, but David's updates lessen my anxiety and helped me manage the stress better. Therefore I would highly recommend Fenn Wright as they provide the best service you could get from a local agent. I have been let down by the most estate agents in the area before so, I will not attempt contacting any others in the future but Fenn Wright.

GoogleSome of the service was very good, Josh and Claudia were particularly helpful and honest. Unfortunately the rest of the company let me down many times when both buying and selling so I wouldn't recommend them for the premium price you pay for their services

GoogleCouldn't have had better service. All advice given was sound, and my house was sold very quickly. I moved out before completion, and everything related to that was handled extremely efficiently. Definitely would recommend.

GoogleAll the team were efficient and professional throughout but regular updates and chasing all parties by Jacky Terry were instrumental in moving the sale through to completion. Attention to detail and sensible advice resulted in a multiple viewings and soon produced offers. We would not hesitate in recommending them and using them again.

GooglePurchased from Fenn Wright and found all team members helpful, they understood I was a first time buyer and helped me from the initial viewing to completion. Called and emailed me details, followed up viewing and suggested others properties worth considering. There was no pressure to use certain solicitors or mortgage broker. They gave me guidance when required and managed expectations, listened to concerns raised after survey and assisted with obtaining relevant reports from trusted professionals. If I was to sell I would have no hesitation in using them, they gave honest and fair advice, Jason was great. My situation recently changed so I looked at renting my property with Fenn Wright who gave sound advice and let my property quickly, thanks to Jess and her team. I would definitely recommend Fenn Wright, they provide an excellent service, very personable and certainly changed my opinion of estate agents.

GoogleFenn Wright advised a tenant there is a parking space right opposite my double garage door 🤔 make your own mind up as to their motivation for income ..cos I struggle to get out of my garage ..but they got their let ....in law that is a private nuisance and i will be pursuing my case .. …

GoogleI believe the agent who helped us find a place in Manningtree was called Paul and he was absolutely brilliant. He wasn't pushy, he didn't rush us when we went to view the place. As a matter of fact, he actually let us go and view the place on our own, which was a lot more comfortable - less pressure. Also, he adapted our needs and met our expectations.
