GoogleSelling my beloved Dads bungalow has been made as painless as possible. Callum - ever helpful always answered my questions swiftly and Jackie has provided me with weekly updates on the progress once a buyer was found who they knew really wanted the property. GoogleFennWright did a fantastic job selling our home and helping us find and buy our new bungalow. Callum and the Ipswich team kept us informed throughout the process so we could make the best decisions for us. An outstanding staff with a good understanding of market trends and who also provide great customer service. Definitely recommend the company and of course we would use their services again.

GoogleFantastic letting agent! We have been renting through this agency for around a year now and have found FennWright to be nothing but very kind, professional and very approachable. We had an issue with our boiler which was fixed the next morning by 9am having reported it at midday the day before!! The maintance person was also very kind and helpful, solving our issue straight away. Highly recommend :)

GoogleI have recently completed buying my first house through Fenn Wright. The communication from all members of staff and especially the agent handeling the purchase, Josh L, has been outstanding. Even when out of the office, the other members of staff we’re all aware of where my sale was up to and able to help me with any questions I had. The process with Fenn Wright was simple and easy to manage along side my day job. Thank-you for an excellent service and I will definitely be buying through Fenn Wright again!

GoogleTracy Wigens has worked really hard for us. Top marks! Shame someone at Fenn Wright allowed a viewer in on their own, without our permission, as they damaged the internal walls by smashing holes, presumably to see what the construction was, when they could have just asked!

GoogleWe met Claudia in August expecting another fruitless look at properties possibly with an agent who wanted to be elsewhere and when asked a question replied that they didn't know but could probably find out if we really wanted to know! Claudia was not one of those. She was very bright and a real breath of fresh air. She joined in the conversation and offered suggestions. She was very clued up about the properties we viewed and knew details of when the vendor might want to move. She sold us the house we will shortly move into and I hope that she will visit us there on a regular basis. She is a friend! She even laughed at some of my stupid jokes! The other people at FennWright are pretty good too!

GoogleGood advice on pricing an sales strategy - the house went under offer before it hit the website. Yes, there is an element of luck in that but it is impressive that the negotiators already had applicants on the books who they were proactive in persuading to view at an early stage. I asked FW to do more than many clients ask their agents to do at this price point for a modest fee and I am very grateful that they handled all viewings and interactions with the buyer in order to ensure the success of the sale. Online-only agents are a false economy!

GoogleWe bought a house through Fenn Wright. Our viewing went really well, Claudia was able to answer most of our questions and found out what she didnt know. Our solicitors messed about during a key point of the purchase. Tracy and Claudia didnt give up and pull the plug, they helped us to ensure the purchase went through. I know that many agents would not have been as supportive, it was so nice to be able to deal with genuine, nice people. If we are looking to sell, rent or buy in the future we will be back in touch with them first.

GoogleWe have just bought a property through Fenn Wright, absolutely 5* plus about another 100* rating, the whole team are brilliant, very accommodating and understanding of needs, they were very professional every step of the way and they're customer service are absolutely brilliant. We had issues with the process and Fenn Wright was there every step of the way to push through the Exchange and completion process. if you want a professional service from a company that just understands then these are the people you need to speak too.
