GoogleAs a family, we have just received excellent service from Fenn Wright to sell a late grandmother's bungalow. Specifically, Matt was very professional in his approach and dedicated to keeping us informed of the process, making this stress free during a difficult time. The bungalow was successfully sold in just a few months due to the high standard of the adverts, the visits and everything that Matt put in place to ensure it could find its next owner. Definitely would recommend as an estate agency.

GoogleAmazing service and speedy sale! We popped into Fenn Wright to put an offer in on a house, but soon found we needed an active offer on our house first. Fenn Wright clearly explained this to us and were able to value and list our house within 24-48 hours. Within an hour of listing we had several viewings booked in and within 2-weeks we’d sold our house and managed to get our dream house (also through Fenn Wright). Throughout we had exceptional service and contact with Fenn Wright detailing every important move and keeping us in the loop throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend 😊

GoogleWe listed our late mother’s property with Fenn Wright and couldn’t be happier. Matt came round and viewed the property almost immediately. He agreed to list the property at a price which I was expecting. Markup was done on 15th September. After photographing the property it was listed online initially. Our first viewing was the following day 16th Sept with a further 2 viewings that day. In total we had 14 viewings with 2 offers below the asking price, before accepting an offer at full asking price just 10 days later. Exchange was arranged on 13 November with Completion on 28th November just 6 weeks after listing. The whole process was totally painless, we didn’t have to do anything. Fenn Wright even arranged for the EPC to be carried out. All viewings were done by FW and we were kept informed at every level. I cannot thank the team at Fenn Wright enough for their fantastic service and support throughout this process, it seriously couldn’t have gone any smoother. 6 weeks from listing till completion, what’s not to like. Fantastic.

It was our first time selling and they were incredibly supportive and kept us up to date at all times before and after we had accepted an offer. Our sale was a particularly tricky one and I’m so glad we had Tracy and the rest of the team to guide us and help us get through it. I’d definitely recommend them and would use them again! GoogleI have recently purchased a property through this outfit, something I will never repeat again following this experience! For some further clarity, I also own a national property company selling hundreds of houses a months and dealing with estate agents across the whole country, hence I feel strongly enough to write this review. Prior to exchange we stumbled across mis-descriptions within their listings online. They have clearly stated ‘space for’ items that are going and not for items that are staying, makes complete sense yes…..well no!! That doesn’t seem to follow suit with Fenn wright listings so we are advised. They have clearly listed an item in their description outside including kennels and overground pool, the kennels aren’t going but apparently the over ground pool is, who would ever know that from the description which states exactly; “ The main garden is found between the cottage and annexe with lawns and pathways enclosed by post and rail fencing. There is an overground swimming pool and a kennel building” It’s clearly property mis descriptions with the agent not having a leg to stand on. I now have an upset child to add to the woes of this appalling purchase process. This coupled with a sales progressor in K****y who was super keen on aborting the sale at every turn, I was asked 5 or 6 times during the process if I wanted to pull out of the sale, with her abrupt and rude attitude throughout. There were occasions where the sales progressor was not in and different information was advised that may or may not have been correct. The sales progress or also not in as many words laid claim on colleagues for this mis informed updates. All in all it was a shambles and took forever. Fenn wright had no care for me as a purchaser along the journey which was extremely disappointing and worrying at times. I have now raised a formal complaint and will look to escalate this to the property ombudsman for a satisfactory outcome. Just to top this off, my wife collected the keys today from the Stanway office and was treated so poorly she left upset from the shear rudeness of the staff that handed (threw) the keys over. Beyond rude!!! Poor show Fenn Wright, poor show!

I have used other agents previously for family and not received such a personal and thorough service - cannot recommend Fenn Wright Colchester highly enough. We purchased through Fenn Wright Witham - we sold in 4 days !! They were always available for any queries - they assisted the buyers when obtaining the required mortgage and kept us informed. I again highly recommend Fenn Wright Witham.

Kayleigh was great when we initially viewed the site and the various houses, and Steve was brilliant all the way through the buying process, guiding us through all the steps, from choosing the kitchen units and tile options, going through the plans extremely thoroughly, and keeping us informed of the build progress.
